In Tot Teràpia we want to give voice to the real needs of our families, and we want to be able to offer the support they deserve. Therefore, an innovative program has been created to support the concept of all-inclusive school and, above all, to meet the academic and therapeutic capacities and needs of our patients.

Our project is called GAT, which is the Spanish abbreviation for Grupo Académico Terapéutico (Therapeutic Academic Group), and is a project aimed at improving the current situation in the all-inclusive school. We strive to improve quality of daily life of families and children with difficulties in communication, social relationships and with a special emphasis on, although not exclusively to, children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The project intends to alternate the ordinary school or special education, with therapeutic practice, giving support to the children themselves, the families as well as the school. So a GAT student will go a few days to the ordinary school or special education and on the other week days they will attend the therapeutic center of Tot Teràpia.
